In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, CNIC number, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. we888 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active will be treated as authorised by you.

we888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be required at other times at we888's discretion.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

All deposits into we888 accounts are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). we888 accepts deposits through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and supported cryptocurrency networks (converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. we888 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time, with such changes taking effect immediately upon publication.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Processing timeframes for withdrawals are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: Typically processed within 30 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: Processed within one to three business days of approval.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: Processed within 24 hours, subject to network confirmation times.

we888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Such checks may extend the standard processing timeframe. we888 will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player via the registered contact information on the account.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general conditions, the promotion-specific term prevails.

we888's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their we888 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

we888 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we888 takes all reasonable measures to maintain platform availability and security, we cannot guarantee continuous uptime and accept no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance periods.

we888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account or enter a self-exclusion period.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to restrict the player's access.

Upon account closure, we888 will return any genuine, unencumbered real-money balance to the player via their verified withdrawal method, following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and wagering-incomplete funds will not be returned upon closure resulting from a breach of these Terms.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the we888 support team at any time. Account closure requests are processed within two business days of receipt.
